Sales conditions

Art. 1 GENERAL

These general conditions apply to any sale agreement by a visitor to this website, hereinafter referred to as “customer”, concluded with:

Kahraman Marangoz.

Address: Halstraat 202, 3550 Heusden-Zolder, Belgium.

These terms and conditions take precedence over all other terms and conditions of the customer. Additional terms of the customer are excluded, unless the prior, written and expressly accepted by us.

Art. 2 ORDER

An agreement is valid by sending an email which implies an order.

Art. 3 LIABILITY

Despite the works wil be carefully made by us using quality materials, it is possible that, because of the nature of the product or for any reason whatsoever, a work purchased by not fully meet your needs. In this case, we indicate to us any liability and please note that you bear the full responsibility for the order placed by you of any of our works / products.

Art. 4 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The nature of the works sold that that can not be returned so you pursuant to Art. 80 §4, 2 ° Act does not have a right of withdrawal on trade practices and consumer information. Each sale-purchase is from the conclusion of the agreement final and not subject to any reflection period.

Art. 5 PAYMENT

Payment is always done electronically via credit card or bank transfer. Any order is payable immediately at the time of conclusion of the contract. When paying by bank transfer you will receive the ordered items only after payment of the required sum.

Art. 6 PRICES AND RECEIPTS

The prices displayed on this website are not subject to any form of VAT. This is because you buy a natural person, being Kahraman Marangoz, whose details have been notified in Article 1.

As proof of payment you receive will no invoice, but a debit note. A debit note has the same legal and fiscal value as an invoice, as provided for in Belgian law.

Art. 7 EXECUTION OF ORDERS OF PRODUCTS FROM THE SHOP

The implementation of the agreement normally occurs almost immediately after payment by credit card or confirmation of payment by bank transfer. But any delay in the implementation, where appropriate, shall not entitle to compensation. In case of payment by bank transfer is done, the delivery of the ordered products within two months after crediting our account. Also in this case, any delay in implementing gives no right to compensation.

Art. 8 EXECUTION OF ORDERS

If the customer makes a work of art commissioned, it is always a written binding to advance there.

The contents of this written binding and the setting can differ according to the nature of the requested service or the requested work, but still broadly follows the following appointments. After a clear agreement about the nature and content of the contract, the customer receives an offer, consisting of all of the cost, of materials and production costs. The job is begun when the full payment, including shipping cost, is made by the client.

Art. 9 DISPUTES

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by Belgian law. For all disputes arising from this agreement is the court jurisdiction of the district Hasselt.
